Meet the Staff:
Larry R. Knotts - President
Raised in Indiana. Earned Eagle Scout Rank in 1969, graduated from
Indiana University
in 1977 in Pre-Med & Psychology. Moved
to Florida
in 1980, a resident of
Clermont, Florida.
He has 30 years experience
in Marketing,
Sales and Customer Services. He also has a
Real Estate
Brokers license in Florida and Indiana.
A single parent raising three
boys,
John, Paul and David, who attend
Calvary Christian school.
Member
of New Horizon Christian
Church where Larry teaches
young adults Bible class and plays
guitar
for the worship service.
Larry is the driving force behind Maximum Security with the philosophy
of treating others
the way you would like to be treated.
Joseph Abrams - Lic. Electrical Contractor, Florida
Founder of Abrams Town & County Fire Systems in 1972. Joe has covered all phrases of electrical
wiring from small commercial buildings to large Multifamily Apartments complexes, hotel construction
and stand-alone to Multiplex Addressable Fire Alarms. The company stays abreast in new technology,
regulations and codes and services and monitors all systems.
Joe says, "In our business, company high standards and quality insure a well-satisfied customer.
Quality always counts when safety is an issue."
Charlie Bombalier - Project Manager
Attended Jones College where he majored in Business Administration.
Charlie has been Joe's
right
hand
man for over 10 years. He has
worked as Salesman, Sales Manager, Corporate Management
and now
runs all aspects of the corporate office including scheduling,
customer
support and troubleshooting.
Charlie is well able to meet the needs of any customer with his broad
range of experience and expertise.
Ruben Vogeler - Service Manager
Graduated from Venezuela Technology School in 1985 where he study Burglar and
Fire Alarms.
Worked in security in Venezuela installing Burglar and Fire Alarms,
CCTV, Access Control and
Anti-Spy Technology. Moved to Central Florida in 1999
where he went to work for Joe Abrams,
installing burglar and fire alarms.
Certified
Alarm Association of Florida Fire Systems in 2000.
Ruben's courtesy, professionalism and expertise are invaluable assets in his role as
Service Manager. El habla español.
Chet Bullock - Forman
After receiving a honorable discharge from the Army Rangers in 1994, Chet
chose security as his career
to continue to protect his fellow Americans.
He is trained to work on all security systems. Much of his
experience
came from working in security for the Department of Defense where he
installed and serviced
intrusion
detection systems,
Access Control,
CCTV and Data Transfer. He is certified B.A.S.A.(Burglar Alarm
System Agent)
and certified F.A.S.A.(Fire Alarm System Agent).
Chet brings his experience and expertise to Maximum
Security and gives quality
service to our clients.
Shawn Davis - Electrician
Krista Fay - High Voltage Manager
Worked as receptions and Account Payable and receivable. Married to
a an electrician, so only
natual Krista would become the High Voltage
Manager.
Judy Paxton - Low Voltage Manager
Judy brings to the table her 10 years in the US Navy and 20 years as a
Secretary and Office
Administrator. Three years as Low Voltage Manager.
